Mermaid Venom offers international shipping to 200+ countries. Each day, our clothing and accessories travel thousands of mile across the globe to all our happy customers.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do. You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

International Orders: What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Where do I track my order?
An email titled "A Shipment Is On The Way" is your ticket to locating your order, click "view order" inside email which will bring up the tracking link. No additional information can be provided about tracking other than this email so keep it safe! Please do not contact us about tracking unless time frame below has gone by.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment"
Don't freak out! We promise it's on the way. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will items be sent in the same package?
For logistical reasons, some items may not be grouped and shipped together. We work with a wide variety of manufacturers who ship from various locations across the globe. For this reason, sometimes it is impossible to combine the items.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
