To start a return, please email us at contact@mermaidvenom

Our return policy lasts 60 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us at the email provided and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization AND Return Address by email. We cannot accept returns without this.

All returns that require shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Store credit will be processed as soon as we receive the item(s) you are returning.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason with our 60 day policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, you will be reimbursed once we receive we receive your returned items. Refunds will be in the form of store credit and processed right away as soon as we receive it. To start a return, please email us at contact@mermaidvenom

If you did not receive the product within a time frame of (60) business days you can request a reshipment. The items must state that they were not delivered. If your order was delivered to the address on file then we cannot send a replacement order or refund.


If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Refunds will be in the form of store credit. 

Ineligible refunds:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Mermaid Venom (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of mermaidvenom.com 

If your item states it is in transit then a refund will not be available yet- it must be undeliverable & not trackable (within a 60 day time frame) for a refund to be processed.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Cost will be at your expense.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
